Change is often difficult to manage and can create unexpected stress and strain on our mental well-being. With the right strategy, moving forward and managing life transitions does not have to get the better of you.

Whether your transition is positive or a challenge to overcome, you might be faced with a need to reevaluate how you define yourself and I can be there as your guide. A career transition – whether taking on a new role, starting at a new company, or changing your career trajectory – you may have to redefine how you view yourself in relation to work. Changes in your relationships, such as getting married or divorced, often require self-reflection to redefine yourself as part of, or separate from, a partner. Moving out of your parent’s house for the first time – either heading off to college or starting your career may send you into new territories where you need to explore your identity and contemplate your future and personal growth.
