The “F-word” has come under attack lately in our society, but I am not afraid to use it to the benefit of all my clients’ women and men alike.

I read a recent article that equated Feminism to Humanism. Humanist beliefs stress the potential value and goodness of human beings, emphasize common human needs, and seek solely rational ways of solving human problems. This is what I want to do for you. I want to lift you up and celebrate you for all the work you put in every day.

The Feminist in me sees your struggle. I see how you have not been recognized for the work you do. I see how you are treated. I see a system that holds you in lower regard. I want you to see your worth and the worth of all human beings.

You and I will discover together the impact diversity, gender, and sexism, has had on your life and explore ways for you to make both personal and social change. You will identify your strengths which will help you recognize and embrace your own power. Together we will break down societal norms and you will learn to look at your own unique identity and not conform to what people think you should be.
